Why creativity can be a source of superpowers.

In a world that seems to revolve around a pecking order, a boss, and employees, it's hard to know just how much influence your thoughts or ideas can have.

One of my favorite quotes From the book Creativity Inc is.

This is one of those statements that take your breath away, and at the same time, you feel like you knew it all along.  You know this because simply businesses and projects would not get off the ground if it weren't for that last-minute fix, the thought that turned into an idea that then made things run seamless and faster. You and others have created highways of efficiency and shaped businesses and organizations to the best version of themselves. This simple thought successfully removes power from titles and gives it to anyone with a brilliant, radical idea.

The challenge is to always remember that no matter the job title or position you hold, your idea CAN CHANGE your workplace and circle of influence. Analyze this often; it's the creativity and vision of a person that makes the idea clearer and louder. This simple thought might get you where you want to go much faster.

Try to think back to times when you held back or when you hesitated. I want to motivate you to never do that again. Never bury your creativity; don't be afraid to leap. Be loud, be heard take the chance let Your boss or anyone see the potential and unlimited source of creativity you have. The worst thing you could do to is to kill the drive of creativity you have in you.

Never lose that gift.
